Karen Paul Holmes, President

Karen brings you 30+ years' experience in marketing and corporate communications, most recently in the corporate world as Vice President of Communications at ING. In 2000, she began her own writing and consulting business, WriteSource, which she renamed "Simply Communicated" in 2007.

You’ll find that Karen provides communications that resonate with your specific audiences, leading to buy-in of your messages and increased sales. A frequent and highly rated speaker at national communications workshops and conferences, Karen has been active in, and won awards from, the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).

She is also a poet and has had two books published by independent poetry publishers. Her poems have also appeared in literary journals and anthologies. Karen belongs to the North Carolina Writers' Network and teaches writing workshops at various venues.
